Mary S. Brady, 85, of Spartanburg, died Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born September 4, 1926, in Salem, VA, she was the daughter of the late Eura Rebecca Thomas Burnett and stepfather Charlie Burnett, and wife of the late Thomas Jefferson Brady.

Mrs. Brady was retired from Abbott Laboratories, a member of New Life Baptist Church in Simpsonville, and a 1944 graduate of Boiling Springs High School.

Survivors include her son, Tom Brady and his wife Cathy of Lyman, SC; grandchildren, Heather Brady and her fiancé James Kugler, J. T. Brady, Joey Free and his wife Heather; and great-grandchildren, Kara Ramsey and Taylor Free.

Visitation will be 12:30-1:30 PM Friday, February 24, 2012, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, by the Rev. Linda McNatt.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303.

The family is at the home of Cathy and Tom Brady, 2540 Hwy 357, Lyman, SC 29365.
