To the Turnipseed family, sorry for your loss. Coaching Brac back through years at Salvation Army he was a very inspiring young man with a heart to succeed. My thoughts and prayers are with the Turnipseed family.

I am deeply saddened by your loss. Brac was a wonderful person that I can't imagine anyone ever having an ill word for. I will continue to keep the entire family in my prayers. May God comfort each one of you and you feel His presence. I pray that one day this precious little girl look back and see what an honorable man her father was, admired and respected by all who knew him.

Brac and I were next door neighbors while I attended nursing school at MUSC. He was the first friendly face I encountered when I moved to Charleston, and the best neighbor I've ever had. I wasn't much of a dog person back then, but even his dog was cool with me. I am shocked and deeply saddened by Brac's passing. I pray for your family's strength during this difficult time.
