I had the pleasure of meeting Kwang early last year who came across as being a very nice individual. My deepest sympathies go out to all of his family and close friends!

Earth have no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kwang in 2012. His presentation on the law as well as his knowledge was breath taking.

Park Family- I am very sorry for your loss. I met Kwang recently at our Manager's Meeting in Kansas City. His enthusiasm and keen interest in his work was evident. May you be comforted by knowing that he will be fondly remembered and truly missed by those who had the privilege of working with him.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kwang in 2014 during my visit to the Columbia, SC DO. His intelligence, energy, enthusiasm, and sense of humor will be sorely missed. My deepest and sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
